This should have gone in 'Video Software Help' - just do that in the future.

For now, it sounds like compression problems. If you're using Premiere, export the video to huffyuv and compress it in either VirtualDub or TMPGEnc - that guide Machine linked to tells you *exactly* how to compress your huffyuv file with Vdub. If you've already read the guides, reread the part about compressing your vid with Vdub and follow the instructions. That will give you an xvid compressed version of your video. You might also try the mpg version - also explained in the guide Machine linked to.

Now, if you read the guide and have trouble following a specific step in the instructions, feel free to ask.

It is recommended for you to download VirtualDub, Lame mp3, a XVid video codec and the HuffYUV video codec.
you can get most of them in the amvApp here

PREMIERE
Once you've finished your amv :arrow: export movie.
in the export settings :
video -> uncompressed or HuffYUV
Audio ->uncompressed

then save the video.
It'll be huge.

Now Open this huge file with VIRTUALDUB
Video -> Fast recompress
Video -> choose compressor : XVid, or DivX, or whatever you like (the settings are detailed here)
Audio -> full processing
Audio -> choose compressor : lame mp3

file -> save as avi

it should be ok :D

Where are you from ? Maybe we can find somebody who can speak your mother language ?
