yeah for children, i believe once over age of 13 you should be able to watch minor hentai such as chobits(the comic), and DB(japanese version) well you know sex isnt good for 13 even though everyone does know alot of kids look at stuff like that at that age...But, im just saying some animes wouldnt be complete without hentai...I hate bible black way to explicit...

Chibits is NOT a 'Minor Hentai' it's 'Ecchi' meaning it does contain sexual inuendo and what not. Yes, in Japanese 'Hentai' means Pervert, perversion, what ever, but still in the context of discribing a Television show or movie. Hentai means pr0nography... Chibits is NOT hentai.

Some anime could be defined as "ecchi" because of scenes of a lightly sexual nature.
