I'll agree with Onegai twins I like it better than Onegai teacher but I stopped watching it at ep 5 where they are arguing if its ok to have sex with their brother if they are related. Too much talk not enough incest.

Of the 2003 series, the one I liked the least was probably Hitsuji no Uta. It just wasn't altogether very interesting.

The anime series I thought REALLY sucked is Gungrave. I've seen only one episode of it, and I immedietely thought of it as a Hellsing/Trigun ripoff(heck, those huge guns reminds me of Alucard's guns).
