Ok, I've made arrangements for the pre-screenings in New York and King of Prussia...the only thing left is to find someone to assist me with finding the guy/group who had the pre-screenings at the University of Maryland... I'd have asked on the AMV mailing list, but my membership has yet to be approved.
I want to set up arrangements now, or at least get some questions out of the way...otherwise I'll be looking to air the screenings elsewhere.

Hi, I talked to someone who used to attend UMD and he said that you wanna get in contact with TAS, otherwise known as the Terrapin Anime Society. There's some contact information on that site and hopefully with their help, you should be able to set that up. Good luck!
