And maybe a few panty/cleavage flashes should be in order.

Ahem, seriously it does sound interesting. If something like that was on TV I would definetly watch it.

Well, the goal (Remember, I know this is a pipedream is to make an almost animeish production aimed at an American audiance, so it must be engineered to not put the Yanks off the show. Thusly is would need 60+% English dialog amongst many other things.

That trailer makes it look soooooo lame. Now, The Returner is well made Japanese live action, dispite not being an anime adaption. Lookit the trailers along the right side.

60%? More like 80%, since almost everyone in Japan speaks English anyway, maybe just ahve them do so, because the exchange student just marked down that he did know it so he could get to go to Japan...so now they need to teach him.

I wanted to have one fully bilingual american character however, but a lot of fun with language barries.

Example...

Sakamae: "<I don't suppose there's anyway we can ditch these idiots.>"
Eric: "<We are not idiots, and we can find our own way.>"
Sakamae: "<Ehh...!?>"
Emily: "I didn't know you spoke Japanese!"
Eric: "Nither did she. It was better then taking Spanish."
