Dual CPU Stats

Could some of you guys who are running high end systems (e.g. 1.7 GHz and up) tell me if these numbers are good, bad, or average? They are for a dual-CPU Athlon MP (two 1.2GHz CPUs) system using the new Iwill mobo. The details are at 2CPU.com:

Briefly:

TMPGEnc conversion of 600MB MJPEG: 2 min 30 sec

DivX 5 encode of a movie: 42.4 frames per sec

That'd probably be about right, that it should be, even though I'm not running a Dual-CPU PC, that I'm not.
