About Guides, sticky threads, and noobs not seeing them

HTML links to such places can be added to the their respective forum discriptions. not a perfect solution, but it cant hurt. honestly, the more links to the guides theire are, the better.

I'm going to try to make some kinda "quiz" that people must take before they can do stuff, like enter video information or upload a video. But as for noobs not being able to read the link titled "upload vid", there's not muc anyone can do about it.
