Where can I find Anime Avatar ?

I want one those cool Avatar but I'm having trouble finding some cool anime ones? Any sugestions?

Or you can make one with Photoshop and upload it. There are some restrictions - i think it has to be less than 6kb and 60x60 pixels or less.
The other way is easier though.

How the heck do you make an avatar in photoshop? I know the restriction are 6kb but .....How do u do that in photoshop without it beign the size of an icon. ¬_¬ later.
