Which I would have, had it been completelly progressive, except for that the first vob which has the ending credits for each episode is interlace. (the credits, not the VOB.)

Tv series. Possibly shot at 29.97 if they were rushed to put out the series, that might have something to do with it.

They clearly used different sources for each of the eps. Some look great while others look like they could use some touching up. You can't tell on a TV, but on a PC monitor it's aparent.
