There are two movies.

The origional Vampire Hunter D, and the newer Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust.

There are two Vampire Hunter D movies. The original was made in 1985, and Bloodlust was made in 2001.

The Bloodlust release we've gotten in the US only has the English language track (the first language track recorded), though there's word from Urban Vision of an upcoming dual-language release to mirror the Japanese release.
