Star Rating???

I've just started downloading Local AMV's and it says something about a Star Rating. What is it and how is it different from the ranking that you would give normal video's when reviewing?

When you leave a full opinion for a video, you have to rank the video in about 7 or 8 different criteria, and then actually *write* about the video (i.e. it's good points, bad points, and general comments). The creator can read all of the opinions left for him and has right of response.

For Star Ratings, it's just an anonymous 1-5 rating.

On your Members page, there is a link that says My Downloads. If you click it, it takes you to a page that lists all the videos you've downloaded from a Local link. Next to each video is a pull down menu where you can select 1-5. That's the Star Rating (1 being lowest, 5 being highest).
