Please help with Upload

O.K. so I got through the first few steps & when I got to links I was a little stumped. But I downloaded CuteFTP & 3 hours later I thought my vid would be available for me to confirm... but NOPE! Is there anything anyone can tell me? Sorry to be a noob.

can you be more specific? did you login to the golden donut and transfer the file through cuteFTP? was there no confirm link? did the confirm link give a bad file?
