I wasn't aware that there was another part of FMP!!! Interesting...I'll have to check it out. I've only seen a few episodes, but I thought it was cool.

Well, I finished the entire series. Now I have to get hold of Full Metal Panic in order to balance out that utter high school comedy.

Overall, it's not bad.

Ok, I have been hearing about this Fumoffu, and I want to know what it is. I had herd that FMP wasen't anything like this Fumoffu. I thought that FMP would be cool, but knwoing what I know about Fumoffu, it turns me right off it. HOw does it play in exactly, is it just extra stuff that isn't really in the real story, or is it just fan service?

According to some posters on Anime Suki when Full Metal Panic was made it was based on selected parts of the first two mangas storyline and skipped over other parts considered not as important.

Fumoffu is where they have gone back into the first two mangas and are now telling the stories they skipped over. It is being referred to as the Full Metal Panic side stories, stuff that is going on concurrent to the timeline in the FMP anime.

Fumoffu was never intended to be anything more than lots of fun and comedy.

So you have

Full Metal Panic
Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu!

And there is already talk of Full Metal Panic 2.

Personally anything that brings me more Chidori and the goddess Tessa is a good thing.

My only complaint with the end of Fumoffu is that Tessa wasnt there.
