there is a company called connexus (www.connexus.net) that provides website hosting service products. if you click on the business products icon and then the website hosting icon you see that for the gold plan and higher you get unlimited data transfer for a flat yearly fee and a nominal connection fee. for gold you get 400 meg storage, unlimited data transfer for us$ 1095/year. for platinum you get 600 meg storage, unlimited data transfer for us$ 1650/year. for diamond you get 1200 meg storage, unlimited data transfer for us$ 3350/year.
also the connection speed is quite fast.
would this be an improvement over the existing server, and could you explain briefly why or why not.

well for one, theres no ads here, and the storage i belive is over a terabyte.

Those prices must be in Australian dollars. I don't know what the exchange rate is, but they seem very high for what is offered. Also, claims of "unlimited" transfer should never be trusted.
