uploading a pic

I'm not a n00b but i never up loaded any pics before (i guess you could call me a pic n00bie ^^; ). Any way, is it possable to up load a pic strait from ms paint? The url method never works for me. When i try to put this pic on my own site and insert the url from that page it dosent work because my sites are geocities and tripod sites and they dont let you do that. is there any other way to upload pics? please tell me!

a) Are you asking how to upload an avatar?

Okay, here's a bypass for geocitires. Change the extension of your pictures from .gif's, jpegs, or whatever to .txt. when you post pictures on this site, use teh [img]picture%20url[/img] bbcode to show 'em.
