How do you download the music videos?

okay here an example of my prob. when i try to dl a local file. i'm able to get pass the pledge page and get the window popup to save. it says this for example "downloadlocal.php?v=10124" and then the file size. i select the folder i want to save it. but when i click save nothing happens. the window stays open like before but i can't save. i've tried other vids with the local option and the same thing happens every time. and its been more over than two weeks that i've join. please help. thanks

it shouldn't say "downloadlocal.php?v=10124", it should say the name of the file like "filename.mpg." "downloadlocal.php?v=10124" is the name of the html page.

this might be a problem with the download manager you are using (if you are using one). try disabling or uninstalling that download manager before downloading.
