Vash's seiyuu made me laugh out loud when I heard him play as the sexually-ignorant bystander from Ebichu The Housekeeping Hampster.

Megumi Harashibara, definetly my favorite. My favorite role of hers is Ayanmi Rei, but she's done plenty of other awsome roles.

Other than that, whoever voiced Furiiza in Dragonball Z, that was an amazing voice.

Sakamoto Maaya - Hitomi (Vision of Escaflowne), girl in Rah Xephon (haven't seen it -_-), some other girl in Risky Safety (haven't seen it) and most important..sings beautifully.

Megumi Harashibara because she has variety.

Ueda Yuuji for being Keitaro in "Love Hina" and the Boshi twins in FY. He makes me laugh (in a good way).

Both of them can sing pretty well too.

I LOVE Megumi Hayashibara! She has such a range of acting skills! And she makes funny noises. I also love Takehito Koyasu's funny noises, especially in his role as Mosquiton. Hmmm, Seki Tomokazu has a SEX-AY voice, and Megumi Ogata is SO talented. She has a perfect Sizer voice and she's famous for her work as Shinji. Mitsuo Iwata did a fantastic job as Kaneda in Akira. (His screams are hilarious.) And lets not forget the legendary Yasuo Yamada in his roles Lupin III and Japanese dubbbed Clint Eastwood. Mayumi Shintani is AMAZING as Haruhara Haruko . . . those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
