Wow. I mean, how long has this video been hovering near the top of both the rating and star scale lists? And how often has it been mentioned in forum discussion before?

I'm sorry, but at this point, I don't know if anyone really cares enough to talk about it anymore.

I think that people have been thinking about that video far, far too much.

Just ask Nemoxs.

In fact, since its' release, it seems about the only one who hasn't been thinking much about it is Koop, being too secksay for thought in general.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I would love to draw a parallel with another famous video, but I get the feeling that DW would immediately reply "Die." Or something similar.

Yea, I can see that happening

Both in reference to Euphoria and that other vid you're implying - good videos, neither is perfect, both seem to do what they seemed to set out to do fairly well.

Some people have been thinking too much about them indeed... What to think? I think thinking that they're great is enough. I think the fact that they're well-edited is a given, the rest is subjective...

To clear it up for our new member - there's been a big fuss over Euphoria a little while ago. I don't really know why, but my guess is because some other editors became extremely jelaous of Koop's little success.

I must say, Koop always chooses very nice songs (I'd even say they are beautiful, I mean, have you seen the ladies that sing them? SECKSY)

I find the popularity of Euphoria a bit humorous (I wonder if Koop does). Koop made a very good video along the lines of his previous ones (Through time, through space, Gravity of Love, Perception) and added a fair amount of flash-bang effects, with about half (maybe a bit more) trully adding to the vid as a whole. Most of the new people that come in asking about euphoria and its fx really don't care about the quallity editing he put into it, they just want to know how to do the flashy stuff.

We'd probably get the same influx of noobs asking about it if he had replaced the (very good) video with a picture of a brick wall and just had the fx going over that. It's good to know, though, that there are a fair number of people who luad koops video for both the quallity video editing, and the quallity fx which add to the overall video. Sure, some people like it only for the FX, and some people state that they don't like it mainly due to the people that only like it for the FX, but I like to think that the people who appreciate the time, effort and thought Koop put into the vid make up for that.

I personally don't rank Euphoria much higher than Through time, through space, but that's because I think Through time, through space is pretty damn good and already have it ranked pretty high.

Yes, I like this video a lot and am a bit annoyed that Euphoria gets all the recognition when this video is equally good IMO. It has a much better song too :P.

Oh yeah and I thought Koop's video was just called "Gravity." Only reason I ask is since AtomX made a video called "Gravity of Love" and I wonder if you got the two confused.

It's a pretty good FF8 video.
