Those look a bit like the girls from Magic Knights Rayearth, although they definitely aren't in Rayearth in that pic. Are you sure it's not just a piece of fan art?

It's not fan art but there's a possibility it may be just art by an anime/manga artist. Hmm... I was hoping it was an anime. =P

From the looks of it, it doesn't look like fanart. I never have seen this before.

After doing some hunting, I found that the image is by an artist named Koh Kawarajima, who has three artbooks available that I could find, but no manga, video games or anime.

From the sites' descriptions, his art style is almost identical to Satoshi Urushihara's, who created Plastic Little.
