Yes, the star rating system is fucked up.
Yes, it's repairable.

People just need to put two brain cells together to give an opinion (in the simplest possible way, rating 1 to 5) on a video. It's not hard to remember how you felt while watching a certain video. If you forget what the video was, click on the link to see it's profile to bring your mind up to date.

Really, it's not that hard.

Maybe people can just stop worrying about their rating? Of course other folks would have to stop judging videos by what other people think as well......

i give the star rating right after i watch the vid for the first time
its not that hard, my star rating shows exactly what i think the vid should get on the 1-5 scale...
