They get into things like production costs, ("I know, NERV has a blackout! We'll do an all-sound anime!" as the screen goes black), character development, (they give Pen-Pen lines, and he goes ballistic), and so forth. It was hilarious, and I wish I could remember what it was called. It was all in Japanese, btw.
Very funny stuff. Basically GAiNAX writing their own fanfiction. Highly recommended.
