Oh thres a manga alright. infact many people have been itching for this to be released in north america for months ... i'm one of them since i the you got the full story and more background in the manga. As opposed to the abrupt ending the series gives you.

Oh and i should problably also mention that in my experiences Hellsing makes great icebreaker Anime if you wnat to get somone else interested in Anime. At least it worked for my friend.

I haven't seen any of those series dubbed. I meant a live action performance -- that's the only other thing I can think of where I would have seen his name mentioned.

Yeah i guess that this series would make a guy get into anime and stuff because it would apeal to the guys but for the gurls, my friends say Ah! My Goddess would hit the spot.

Oh yeah how many mangas are there for hellsing, i think the mangas are like neon genesis because they are barely coming out with them here in the usa.

Hellsing

Personally, I loved Hellsing...Animidnight was airing it recently, and a friend recommended it so I got to see the whole first season! A little out-there, but definitely a very good anime. I would recommend it, unless you're kinda squeamish.

k
now the real question comes up that ive been emaning to ask

Im a christian guy coming from a christian family. Is Hellsing appropriate for me? My dad was very disgusted with Samurai X. Like whats in it? Blood? Violence? Swearing? Sex?

Just makin sure.

My dad went insane when he saw Kenshin slicing the mans face in half so I want to make sure he won't ground me for wtahcign this.

Kinda funny story, my dad hates Samurai X and thinks it's disgusting but I got my mom to like Samurai X because of it's story
She Said, "Don't Make Others Suffer For Your Personal Hatred."
