Forced StarScale vote after fewer downloaded videos.
I think people should be forced to vote after 4 local downloads and not 10. Well at least less than 10. I say this cause everytime I come to the point where I must rate the last 10 local downloads I've made, I don't remember what they where. So many of my rating are not accurate, either it's an aproximate because I barely remember the video either it's a guess cause I don't recall it at all. So by making it 4, we'll have more accurate rating and they'll be quicker.

I've actually had this same problem myself. Sometimes my forced 10 period vote comes up weeks apart, then I have to make a vauge guess about what I thought about it, unless I'd recently re-watched it.
