Bush family values...

...or why THE PREZ can't really be blamed for his badness. It runs in the family, apparently.

Bush sucks. All he does is plan wars, all he thinks about is invading, murder and rapine of other countries, and when he's not doing that he's on holiday or doling out welfare for the rich. The Bush family will do for the US what the Romanovs did for the Russian Empire or what Ceaucescu did for Romania.

but however if you really care about who the president it you should vote..i do. at least i have a right to complain if my candidate doesnt win.

and when did it become wrong to evict a maniacal dictator...castro should have been executed long ago.

of course my views may not be liked by other people but my views are my own, and if you dont like em i dont fucking care.

Meh, we need to take the power back. Buy a gun and join my army.

I intend to. Voting makes even the most impotent person feel HARD.

It would've been (slightly) better to invade Iraq on those pretenses. Castro isn't really crazy, he's just a total fucking hardass.

 Hmmm, are you saying we should sit on our asses just like the French or the Polish did in 1939 and hope for the "best"? In this world it's kill or be killed, the US is the only super power, we are justified in protecting our interests. We fought for our independance, we've helped out in blood in 2 world wars, now when we protect our interests were the bad guys? I don't think so, it's time to take out the trash. Bush is kicking ass.

Quagmiring in Iraq is protecting our interests...how :? ?

The military personnel over there are losing morale, for both local reasons (hostile populace, lousy environmental conditions, the still rising death count) and for domestic ones (wage reductions, benefit reductions, broken service length promises, and the effects their service has on their domestic employment). When the military lacks morale, it's a BAD THING.

Why not, you can't have enough of it......

On a side note, I was really disappointed when the guerillas failed to knock out Paul Wolfowitz in that Baghdad hotel. Of course, odds were pretty slim considering the ratio of rockets/rooms but for once I had hoped lady luck would have intervened.

Been illegal for quite some time. A funny thing called 'sovereignty'.

Let's not forget that since 1960 US has planned to put up government which would be 'more devoted to the true interests of the Cuban people and more acceptable to the U.S interests' than Castro. 'Interests of Cuban people' would of course be defined by U.S.

And let's not forget that main thing why U.S did not like Castro, was the fear that Latin american would, , decide that they could damn well do as they please and not care of someone like US telling them what to do.

Oh, and Cuba never bombed or invaded US, despite the fact that US did.

I'll have to admire Castro, if not for anything else, the fact that he has survived despite the fact that his assasination was ordered by Kennedy. And to be quite honest, Castro is not even nearly as bad as some piss pot dictators US considers 'valuable allies' these days...

But to quote you, my opinions are my fucking business and I really don't care what you think.

I'll be brief to avoid more flak in my direction, but a short note - the fact that the American population has been slipping further and further into political apathy and effortless suggestibility lately worries me. There's nothing like political apathy to screw up a state, and nothing like suggestibility to screw up a society... so, watch out.
