Gensoumaden Saiyuki was the first series of Saiyuki, Reload is the second ^_^

Saiyuki Reload follows Gensomaden Saiyuki

Gensomaden Saiyuki 's manga 1 to 9 is the first part, and adapted in the anime Saiyuki and after that the second anime (with Homura, Shien and Zenon) is a different story. It's follows Saiyuki Gaiden with Konzen, Kenren and Tempô.
And now Minekura Kazuya changed of editor, so she might change the name in Saiyuki Reload. The first episode of Saiyuki Reload manga is the same story as the beginning of the first manga (Saiyuki Reload 1) but after it seems that is not the same story (I'm not sure because I can't see the anime for the moment

)

And contrary to the second season, Saiyuki Reload follows the history of Gensomaden Saiyuki, as the Minekura's manga

its alright. i understood. blah i wanna read the manga version of gensomaden saiyuki (ahh but my japanese is not soo good though i can read the characters. and have been takin classes for 2 years) anyways, ive read a lil bit of the manga and i even saw hakkai's demon form which does not happen in the series (though it shuld!) ahh.

I don't speak japonese... I started to learn Japanese a few months ago !! but I can fond some translations in english... and scanlations...
thanks to that I could understand my Saiyuki's manga, and Saiyuki Gaiden too (I like Konzen douji too ^^)

and I wait until September 2004 to read the French manga

I hope that we will be able to see Hakkai in his youkai form in Reload, especially that the design and animation are definitely better than Saiyuki

but it would seem that all the manga of Saiyuki are not adapted in anime. The first series finite not at the same place which the last manga... thus it will undoubtedly miss pieces of the history !! It would be a pity really !!

i want to read translations! whred u get em? yea japanese is fun to learn. but then again everyone in my class is crazy so its a zoo everday. hehe i love konzen too. saiyuki gaiden is da best. i love kenren's design. his hair is much better shorter. haha.

yawp, i hope to see hakkai's demon form in reload too. looks so kool. dat sucks that its incomplete with the history doh.

I do not have the right of poster of the bonds to download if I understood well but it is not hard to find on Internet.
You can find the scanlations on the site of Mangacity.

I like much the relation between Tempo and Kenren. They form an adorable couple

. But I prefer Sanzo nevertheless
