I Can't believe im asking a n00b question.
Is there any Criteria that we have to meet to be able to choose our favorite videos for our profiles, and if there is what are they?

I don't have think you have to fulfill any requirements in order to use your Favorites list..
I believe all you have to do is first go to the video's info page (such as this.. just as an example), then scroll down to where it says "Rank:" in bold, with a box and the word "add" next to it. Type in a number from 1 to 100 inside the box, click add, and it should appear on your Favorites list.. Customize your list by going to My Favorite Vids or Edit My Profile. Then click the numbers in order to edit the ranking.
