I was freelance for a long ass time with no interest in actively joining a studio til I got asked if I wanted join BS by Dcd. It was like an accident or something, then all of a sudden I was in a studio that I loved then, and love now. I think people want to join studios for the same reason they want to join internet gaming clans, its fun, and it gives you people to hang out with and talk about vids and such. Its just human nature to enjoy being part of a team of any kind.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.
