Yu Yu Hakusho Question...

Is there more to the series after the Dark Tournament? I've seen AMVs with clips I've never seen that don't look like they're at the Tournament and I have all the currently released DVDs. That's all I want to know. If there is don't tell me what happens, I just want to know if there is more.

I know there is more to the series than they show on CN but i really haven't looked into anything after the dark tournement so i don't really know,but they have a couple of movies so that may be what you have seen too.

Yes there is another set of epiosdes after the dark tournament ( maybe 2)

But the girl to ask is Armi(im gonna abreviate because i can never remember how to spell your name! )

She can probly answer all your YUYU questions.

BTW i saw an add on lycos for the next set of dvds being released ( i think they include the ending of the dark tournament)

There's 112 eps, probably around 60 left for (gasp) FUNi to release. The reason why you see clips are

A) Fansubs
B) Bootlegs
C) Region 2 DVDs (there were 28 of them in 4 box sets...shudder, $400 per box)

Recca was bad ass, but Yuu Yuu just includes way to damn much bullshiting. Get to the point, shut the fuck up and fight! I dled a few eps of Yuu Yuu 2 years ago and canned it then. If you ask me the current obsession in this series is just sickening.

Yes, after the tournament there's the Sensui Arc, and the Makai Arc. Usually it's counted as 4 arcs to the series, with the episodes before the tournament being the first arc - not sure what you'd call that one.

if only they would actually show more episodes on cn! ive seen the rest of the series in japanese doh. lol i love kurama's actual voice (not the english one). doh its done by a girl (i think.) hehe, the rest of the series is good, watch it.

Yep, Megumi Ogata - she has some great songs for Kurama's character. ^_^

And you know, in the Japanese version they switch Kurama's voice to a deep one the first time he shifts to Youko - that alone is worth watching it in japanese at least once. 8)

Heh.

I got the series about 3 years ago, cost a fortune, but I've never regretted it. It's still my favorite anime - mostly for Hiei, but I like Kurama, too. It's the reason I started making amvs. ^_~
