What you say is understandable, but I actually enjoy being at a forum that is relatively un-modded when it comes to post content. I have seen forums where the mods come right out into the forums and take these ridiculous stances on issues because one person got their feathers ruffled.
To me, that is worse than letting the majority of conversations go on with the possiblity of someone getting annoyed.

Even though you get crap sometimes, it's just like freedom of speech. Sometimes you gotta take the good with the bad.

Jesus fucking christ!!

I just checked the Mod box, and I found maybe 1 decent complaint. And that was Flint complaining about the abuse of the Donut by some smartass who reckons "Titles are for losers".

Other than that there was one with a n00b begging for a non-standard avatar, motemote complaining about swearing and lewd linkage (?) and thats all I could be bothered reading.

No wonder they pay no attention....

They ignore that thing because ppl continuously go in there complaining about how they need a post of theirs fixed.

At the rate this is all going, I should have been kicked out, banned etc like a year ago.

I was going to explain the reasoning behind my posts but I remember how Jace did a while ago. It's really not my problem when for the majority, the people get it? And the others decide to get pissed. I'm not going to worry about it and I'm not going to put sarcasm or fucken joke tags in my posts. Though I do think it's funny when just because i put the word 'fucken' in my posts, it makes me angry. Excluding CaT and that hate thread of mine a while back, I can't remember a time where I was. OH NO I AM TALKING ABOUT MYSELF, BAD. I'm about as angry as theocide.

There's also a fine line. I don't think he should get banned. But if you want this rule to actually kick in, you're going to have a lot of people being kicked off this forum. An insult is an insult, an attack at someone is just that. Everyone's who done so ..gotta go. And that's probably why the rule hasn't been implented so much.

So, let's put the Minniefuck incident behind us. If you really want this forum to change, you're going to need a lot more than this.

Well, I would really not suggest rushing a severe action like a ban.

Personally, neither of the guys in question really offended me in any way, and I'm yet to read something disturbing by them. MH's tnew account hasn't caused much trouble yet, either, but he does have a history.

On the other hand, I haven't followed all the threads with their participation (since my forum time is very limited for now), and I may not know exactly what all the fuss is about.

But, at present, I really don't know what all the fuss is about.

Of course there is the whole "If your're offended, then just ignore it". But hey, go the whiny "Make the bad man go away mommy!" attitude.
