This goes really well with Jebadia's reference to a courtroom. But you can see where he'd want to jump on the discussion, right? One person gets banned, and it changes things. It's a disturbing thought. A bunch of newbies tiptoeing around because they could easily become the targets.
^_^ I know it isn't that extreme, and from what little I *did* catch, Minnie crossed the line enough for a temp ban. But one or two posts in the mods box, or even a private pm to phade would have been better than this public announcement.
No, it really wouldn't.
The problem here is not MinnieMoose so much as it is the mods. They CONSTENTLY let this bull shit go, unless they are directly affected of offended.
The whole point of the public announcement is they need to do something about this, more importently they ened to listen to people of the forum.
For who ever remembers Mad Hatter and was here, how long did that bull shit last? How long BEFORE most of the major problems revolving around that did we say he needed to be banned? Our comments were continuously ignored, until hatter finally directly annoyed Phade.
Look at what happened when Bush ignored terrorist warning, the twin towers fucking burned.
This is a matter of the mods not listening to the forum's posters, and not doing their jobs.
Minniemoose has yet to be punished AT ALL, do yuor fucking jobs and enforce some punishment. Looking on the situation i do think a temporary ban is a good idea, but we shouldn't have to come up with that. Minniemoose was a problem, we told mods, mods observed the problem and they do nothing about it but lock threads and walk away.
enforce the fucking rules.
