Frankly if (his name shalt not be mentioned to keep this thread on topic) could get banned twice, these two and even including me should of been banned already.

Frankly, I think it's gonna boil down to a point where this forum is eventually gonna end up with a "Courtroom" section where the mod's investigate the person in question, presenting the evidence to Phade to where he shall make the final verdict. Laugh now but I don't doubt it could happen.

MinniMooses rant, though no real offence taken by MJ from what I saw, was pretty much a personal attack towards a matter that really didn't need to be brought into the public. The fact that people even bothered to continue the argument (egging Moose on) reminded me of the big Hatter argument, and I don't think Hatter would of even bothered over such a topic.

Does the forum need to get to the point where it has to be ruled with an iron fist? I'm sure if the MODs did their job more often than they do now, people would still be bitching at them.

that wasn't a reply to your joke Majin...I just have a slow modem and you beat me to teh reply....

now about the situation, Minimouse and teh other lad have broken many rules and their words are often insulting towards other members....now, if what they said was just their opinion about a discussed thread/subject, then there's nothing that could be said against that.....but, most often than not, their words are just intentional personal attacks.....one thing is offending someone with your opinions, and the other is insulting someone just because it makes you feel better...indeed.....something should be done about this...else it'll just grow in to something worse....
