Hey,

Though I've only seen AMV footage Night Walker looks like it's pretty violent.

NightWalker isn't violent at all. =\

I mean, it has fighting, but it's not like REAL fighting. So if you're looking for violence with blood and stuff, NightWalker is NOT what you want.

Otherwise, X, XTV, and Yami no Matsuei(Descendants of Darkness).

Note: I've only seen the first 3 eps of Yami no Matsuei, there's some great "OMG it's torture" with lot's of blood scenes, but it appears to mostly be supernatural fighting, and plus, there's some shounen ai (And later yaoi, so I'm told) you have to sit through.

Mezzo Forte.

Oh, and the VHD movies and Ninja Ressurection.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

Of what all I've seen I can only recomend either:

Spriggan,
EoE(Auska's last stand), &
The Wolf Soldiers(really sorry I don't know correct title).
I am your master!!
Bow down before me!!
