I'm finally taking Kendo!! YESH! Well sorta...I'm taking it from a book sense no dojos are near me. ;_;

Well I guess you can at least learn some of the basic forms and stuff from the book

Though I do know how you feel, there aren't any places around here that teach it.

good luck. My old tae kwon do instructof was learning form a book too, but thats because theres no 5th degree black belts he can go to learn from that are any where near us.

yea maybe i should join but im sorta lazy and dont have much free time during the week just on weekends and at night. o and in school but i cant leave then so im sorta screwed even if i wanted to join

when i was younger all my friends did Tae kwon do, but i did karate and te all took the piss out of me- that is until their teacher ran off with a years worth of pay after a few weeks!
