its been around for a long time now even haunting video like euphoria

opnions like this:

this is for the video anxiety which is a fucking incredible vid and does not diserve lil shit kids pulling this crap

(same for euphoria)

IN FUCKING JUSTICE. I knew it was only a matter of time before this happened. Once again some 11 year olds have came up with their patented shit reviews just to knock down my videos average. These "i didnt like the song" and "it was annoying" reviews have plagued works of art like euphoria and beo's new vid and i'm tired of it. I already asked him nicely to change it. If he doesnt i'm talking to phade. In the meantime I can't stress it enough for you guys to go the a-m-v.org and REVIEW MY VIDEO. If everyone reviews it, shitty reviews like those won't matter and it can regain its spot at the top ten. So guys please vote. Like right now. Also if any of you guys have gotten a bad review for a kickass vid you've done let it be known so that I and everyone else can give you a review. We have to stop this shit from happening. WE NEED A REVOLUTION IN THIS BITCH. EVERYONE COME TOGETHER!

I hate reviews like that, especially when they are made just to knock vids off the top percent lists. It's a shame too since that is a great video. Love that comic book effect stuff.

I agree, we need something to stop people putting in lousy reviews to knock perfectly good videos down..
I'll bet any money that kid watches the vid non-stop...

I think when someone gives all 1's like that, it would be nice if the opinion was automatically flagged and there was a dedicated person to check them, then reprimand the person that gave the score and keep an eye on their next couple opinions, and if they continue the antics, remove their ability to leave opinions for good. There's never an excuse to give a video all 1's. NEVER. Even if its the biggest piece of shit video ever, there's gotta be SOMETHING that deserves better than a 1 on it.

That's just sad. And unfortunately it is the great videos, like Euphoria, that suffer the most. Reviews were meant to provide constructive criticisms to editors, so they have a basis on which to better their own skills. Reviews like this are just unnecessary and in my opinion should be grounds for some sort of banishment. Permanently if the problem-maker is a serial screwup.

Now please don't take my response the wrong way, but why do you care about someone else's video so much? I mean sure it's a good video, but it has like 300 opinions and one all 1's review would effectively lower it what...0.02?

I don't know why everyone puts so much worth in the top 10%. It's just a list and bad reviews are going to happen when you get numbers like 300 reviews. It's pure statistics. I might also add that someone probably legitimately hates it out of 300 people.

Again, please don't take this post the wrong way. I too have gotten reviews like this, but look at this way:

It's the internet. People are generally dumb on the internet since they have that "wall" to hide behind. Since there are no real consequences to giving a bad review...why not right?

Now in conclusion I do wanna add one thing, Phade (or someone) has told me that periodically he sweeps all the "all 1" reviews because, as Zarxrax said, no video deserves it. So in the end....DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT.

Either b/c A) it's not your video or B) It'll be taken care of.

I disagree...videos like "Euphoria" suffer the least. With near 300 opinions posted, any single trash review disappears in the crowd.

Suggestion: respect an individual opinion if it deserves to be. Ignore the numbers. Especially ignore the average score; it's only interesting (as opposed to "useful").

It's what I heard.

Perhaps they meant "TALK to Phade and it'll get handled." Regardless Phade is a reasonable person and if you talk to him, things get done.

I might also add that Taskmasta's video is still #1 so that would imply the review was purged.
