Ah! My Goddess?

I'm a bit confused. I've seen a lot of AMG AMVs that were really, really good, and made me want to see the series. Then I read the plot summaries from TVTome, and it didn't look all that great. Id this a good series?

If you like anything from Tenchi, or Love Hina, then you will probably like Ah My Goddess.

Ah! My Goddess is a great show. Don't believe those stupid summaries on the DVDs of ANY anime. They're always uber-cheezy and badly written. If I trusted them I bet I wouldn't watch a single anime period.

That makes it seem SO much better then it really is.
If I had known what it was REALLY about, I wouldn't have bought it. So the backs of DVDs can go either way...

If you like comedy romance and cute girls you cant go wrong. Besides I have to promote since it has one of my favorite anime women of all time...Urd.

And if Skuld were older she would be a major hottie, IIRC shes about 13 in the series.

Belldandy used to be one of the hottest anime women and even now she is still a strong contender. Very very cute, killer body, and a dynamite personality.

Only thing wrong with OMG is that they only made 5 OVA's and 1 movie. I want more dammit!

The Chibi-goddesses dont count.

Not to say it's not a comedy romance, but it then swings into a more dramatic setting, both the movie and OVAs. I don't know about the mini series though, never seen them.
