I was wondering if anyone could tell me what exactly star points are? I just recently joined this site and I would really like to know. Thanks,

When you download a video that's hosted locally (on the Donut), it shows up on your "My Downloads" page, and you can give it a star rating, from 1 to 5. If you download 10 local videos and don't rate any of them, you won't be allowed to DL any more until you give some stars.dandou_boodaa wrote:I was wondering if anyone could tell me what exactly star points are? Unlike opinions, you don't have to leave any comments with stars. In fact, you <b>can't</b> leave any comments with stars.
Notice that videos with only Direct or Indirect links can't receive stars.
To check your own videos' star counts, go to "Edit My Videos". It'll show up next to hits and opinions for each video.
The Top Star Scale list shows what videos have received the highest average star ratings, both for all time and for each week.
