I've changed my avatar from my legendary Kaworu to the Raitei of "GetBackers", Amano Ginji.

What do you think...if I get an overwhelming "D000d ur old ava was way better!!!" i MIGHT change it back...

You need to change the contrast and make the white more apparent.
