Ohio is in an awful mess. Increasing taxes and spending negates the benefit of increasing taxes. Somehoe Gov. Taft doesn't understand that. A lot of services and delivery taxes now. The main things that got cut were secondary education and schools. Our budget is a mess and it's easy to get out of...but when social services feel the ax, people start to whine.
