Yeah. With a little luck/prodding, Phade will make there be a good reason for those downloads to fail :-)

[quote="derobert"]Yes. I downloaded the file. I even (and am still recovering from) watched part of it. How exactly does it fail for you?

Now I know where's the problem. These downloads don't work when you use Opera. When I use Internet Explorer it works. That's strange, cause I've downloaded all vids by Opera till now. Opera is better cause I can pause and restore the transfer...

usually, wmv format doesn't work, but one specific one is at
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=18894

I always get a player error# 80040154. It only tries to open it with Windows media player, but I also have Quicktime, RealOne, and Divx. Also, it doesn't prompt me to save it to a file, rather it opens up the media tab and takes me to the microsoft web site, where it shows me the error number listed above. Usually, .avi and .mpg files work for me. :?

Glad to hear that despite the server saying it is a file to be saved to disk, and despite the server saying it is a random binary file (not a windows media file), IE STILL decides to try and play it.

Could I interest you in a real browser, like Mozilla? Firebird? Anything but IE?
