Why is it that some local downloads work while others don't? Is there like some special way to do it?

look at guide faq ( click sig ), if that doesn't help, I'm sorry someone else will have to take care of this. The video could be down for a bit is my only other answer.

in what way?cause if ya got 10 unrated vids,you cant download.you'll just have to rate em,go back, and refresh.i'm kinda new so i never experienced a diffrent problem

its may be the song an anime..those kinda suck..the server want to limit you getting amvs with bad music/anime

Yes. I downloaded the file. I even (and am still recovering from) watched part of it. How exactly does it fail for you?
