sorta like saying that the dilapitated no-name drum kit I bought at a garage sale for $5 is better then a real, professional grade kit.

or that my shoddy Gibson LP guitar is better then that Fender strat.

heh, i have no real musical tallent either ... it's just that i actualy try. Though trying will only get you to sound half decent. If you have no real tallent it's pretty much impossible to sound really good playing your own stuff ... or at least i think so. yea this is bound to be misinterpreted.
