I don't think it's humanly possible to approximate this. Perhaps some sort of mecha-like exoskeleton.

Of course, you can't forget the red t-shirt, glasses, DOT-3 brake fluid-stained blue jeans, cheap white sneakers, and a dab or two of Gun Scrubber® or Hoppe's® gun oil.
