exporting images from premiere

ok i exported my movie as an animated gif and i also did one as filmstrip but neither of them opened in photoshop nor after affects. which one is the best image file i should use to export?? or do movie files just dont work well with exporting into images??

You can open a film strip in Photoshop, and I image you could in After Effects. As for an animated gif, you'd want to open that in Image Ready.

the best thing to do is to export a scene using virtual dub.. open up image ready and open folder as image sequence.. work out the timing how you want.. delete extra frames as you like.. export gif.. there you go.. I hope that helps a little.. :roll:
