AWA AMV Dinner - Final Plans

This is last call for your RSVPs for the AWA AMV dinner being held at 9:00 PM the Thursday before AWA (see previous post for details). All RSVPs must be in my inbox by the end of this weekend. I'll be making up the final list Monday morning so if your RSVP isn't present, well, sorry. We are already over the number the restaurant guaranteed could sit in the same area. So I have to have an accurate number of attendees for them the week of AWA so arrangements can be made. Please don't crash the dinner... just email me this week or weekend. In all honesty if you don't RSVP there is a good chance you won't be able to sit, let alone eat.

After Monday I will email final details to everyone. A second test email has gone out to those already on the list. If you have RSVPed and you didn't get the test email please contact me ASAP. Final plans for the dinner will only go out via email.

RSVPs for the AWA AMV dinner are now closed. We have 67 people coming to dinner. Reservations with Carrabba's have been confirmed and an email with all the details has gone out to those who RSVPed. If you didn't get an email but should have please contact me ASAP.

For those who can't make it to dinner you are all invited to join in the VAT room sometime after 11:00 PM for late night AMV viewing and socializing.
