What's a good program in order to create VCDs. I used to use Roxio, but I would like to know other programs that does the same deal.

Once you have a compliant VCD MPEG file, I highly recommend using VCDEasy. It's the best software around!

nero can do it all it can conver the what ever file u have into mpeg then burn it for u and make a nice little menu its pretty cool.
get nero burning rom then go to the vcd setting in the menu that will open with nero then click
menu and make your menu then hit new and then put your files on it the order in witch they are
placed on the cd will ne the order the chapters on it it will hold like 80 min and nero will change
the video codec to mpeg1 by itself then hit burn and this will take a while to burn then play it
in the dvd player
that should do it
