Anyway you look at it people, it just looks WAY too much like an EVA for it to just be an accident,

But looking at it from another viewpoint, maybe the artist, or maybe even Marvel itself, wanted to do somewhat of a tribute to EVA.

But even if that is the case what they did was wrong and the guy in charge that didn't notice it deserves to be shot.

what? you mean like it actualy started eating? I don't know if you noticed, but as far as i can tell the evas have really small waists and look anorexic to me ... let me check *checks eva action figures* yea ... they have tiny waists ... well at least they're tiny compared to the rest of them ...

They don't let them eat much. But, I guess you can count this one for an escaped Eva that went berserk and ate an Angel...

And as for the resemblance with the EVAs, it's pretty slight. And to pin it on Marvel is just stupid. I seriously doubt that Joe Quesada would tell anyone to rip off anime. In case you haven't noticed, Marvel actually hires real live manga artists to work for them. It has nothing to do with anyone other than the artist that drew it, in this case Jorge Lucas.

And the sense comes in, TY 8)
