People don't know about local videos with your guide. You'd have to get something on that with the Star Ratings thing.

It's still kinda useless to have the guides, since most newbies don't read them and just post on the forums. Suggestion: Scratch the guide and save your space.

Nah, a guide's always good. It's a good way of pointing people where to get their info.

thats if they feel like reading it face it most noobs dont like guids and dont want them but i think it is nice to have a guide for those of us who will read it

Ummm yes very nice and I do salute you for it but...
I don't think you said anything about the two week waiting period for local downloads. Or anything about indirect downloads.
I like the idea of guides because it means that people don't have to keep repeating themselves and can say just go here and post the url.
