Hey,

Has anyone read it yet? I got it in Austin on Saturady. Its very good. The story seems to make more sense of the anime.

In engilis!? What they're releasing the Manga in english? thats great. Otohiko read it in japanese ... he siad it was nuts... or something along those lines. But I'd like to see it in canada some time soon ... when i have money ...

I've only read a bit of it, which I nabbed off the internet before I even saw fansubs of FLCL (which, of course, was like 2 years back).

Yea, I suppose if you didn't really get the anime, the manga might be of use to you. The art style of it is even more bizzare and minimalistic, to compensate for the lack of motion/sound provided in the anime. How well that works - that's another question...

Anyways, would be interesting to see if it ever makes it here. Given that the anime was TV'd and all...

Yeah well I work at Chapters and here's the situation as far as I can tell:
our website says that it's coming sometime in September, but our location doesn't have any on order. So I would be willing to bet that in order to get it, you'd have to order it in yourself. And it's not like we don't sell manga either, we have Chobits, Love Hina, Cowboy Bebop, Initial D, GTO, and a few others. But FLCL is kinda off the beaten path.

woot ... now i jsut have to wait for comic world to pick it up ... whcih would probalby take up to a month. Now all i really need is for teh hellsing manga to make it up here ...
