This won't be in X-men Evolution, right? If that happens, I'm boycotting the show.

x-men evolution ... the eva rip of the century ... meh ... i guess it's not "that" far from being like RahXephon ... which every one thinks is an eva rip ... but RahXephon was actualy good ... i don't know about this ... if the animation ends up being the same as then series they aired on fox ... ugg ...

It is most likely from a comic, and seeing as how the older xmen comics has sentinels resembling very closely to evas, so im not really sure why everyone is getting in a hissy fit when they didnt do their research. It could be a ripoff both ways.

I know, but that was a prototype sentinel (looks like the one from Marvel vs. Capcom 2).

Well this picture is not from xmen evolution, its a little mini series within the comic. But designs such of this have existed in marvel for quite some time now :/

... whatever ... most of use are used to the sentinal design where tehy look like this.

as far as most of us are concerned that thing looks far too much like an eva for most of our likings.

well I think it looks the most like 01 and 03's head (bad pic, but I got the figure) then he used 00 prototype color, gave it some big shoulder pads with stars :l Also the collar area looks like the nuclear powered robot

yes thats eva 04, theres a figure for that too hehe.
