Honestly it's this kind of thing that really pisses me off, especially when it's marvel trying to make some lameass attempt at anime.

I mean if they want to try to imitate anime, thats fine, it will fail miserably, but hey , Its' not my money.

But i maean c'mon, why is it that marvel had to go and try to copy Eva, specifaciallly Unit 02.

I wonder if they are thinking that people won't notice the resemblance, well i guess that this thread is proof that they were sorely mistaken.

ummm, ok, thats even more of a rip off then eating at taco bell ...

But, no besides the face, that "sentinal" looks more like unit 02. Unit 01 had larger shoulder gaurds/blades/restraints and was purple. This one has the small "thingy's" like unit 02 and it's even reddish orange. If the thing had a neck then with out a shaddow of a doubt it would draw some kind of copyright infringment laswuit. At least it dosn't have a horn or 4 eyes ... actualy its face looks very much like the ill fated unit 03 ... just give it a 40 foot neck and go-go gadget arms ...
